The Deaf Dream: College Scholarships for Deaf Students

I just published a brand new website for The Deaf Dream! I'm excited because it has video backgrounds and only FOUR pages. The goal was to keep it simple and succint (not my strong point, as you know).
Check it out and give me some suggestions - I'm still new at the website design stuff :)
The Deaf Dream is a non-profit organization that I started in 2012 as a BYU student that sponsors college scholarships for Deaf students throughout the world.
I'm so tempted to give you a description here, but that kind of defeats the purpose of creating a website... ;)
