Oh my goodness, guys, the DECORATIONS here at the Bass Pro Shop pyramid are out of this world. The only thing I can compare it to is Disneyland!
They've only been open less than a year - I had no idea this place exists!!
This post is made up of just photos, really. Enjoy! :)

Grand front entrance

View from the outside
Video taken from inside the 300+ foot elevator in the center of the pyramid!

Uncle Buck's Fishbowl Restaurant + Bowling

The INCREDIBLE detail in Uncle Buck's

From the walls to the benches to the bowling ball alligator eyes.

Dark photo but this is the inside of the fishbowl.

My room, with my buddy on the wall... yep, a little spooky

My room's balcony - opening on the huge store below.

Ginormous bathroom with outdoorsy shampoos and lotions

My room from the opposite angle.

I TOLD you - every detail is straight out of Disneyland!

Another bathroom view - the tree is what you hang your towels on.
Notice the bone as the drawer handle...

The lobby to Big Cypress Lodge (the hotel inside the pyramid).

The chandeliers in the lobby. Note the painted glass and the fishing reels...

The ceiling to one of the hotel elevators.
All of them made you feel you are underwater.

The Lookout restaurant at the top of the pyramid.

Close up of the ceiling decor hanging down. Each creature made out of car parts.

View from the top of the pyramid at the Mississippi River

View of downtown Memphis from the top

The main exit of the pyramid - note, even the trashes are ringed barrels.
I absolutely LOVED the hotel! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially as the cost is around $100 to $150. Not bad at all for a nice 4-5 star hotel! The only thing I would say is that your room is kind of dark without a window so plan on getting out of the hotel for some sunshine. :)
Happy travels!
