Spent time at the Toronto Temple today!

Just got back from the most wonderful evening at the Toronto Temple. The grounds were so peaceful - not another soul but me - and I was just able to study my scriptures and write in my journal for a couple of hours.

I never remember how much peace can be felt near or in the temple until I get there. There were a couple of kids walking outside of the temple grounds and I wanted to tell them, just come to this side of the fence and I promise, it will feel SO different than your side! :)

Time and time again I wonder how I can find peace, and then I come to the temple and remember that there is a place I can feel peace nearly always.

Just so grateful for the Lord's temples on this earth. It's a bit of our heavenly home wherever we go in the world. :)
