1. The Cause
The Deaf Dream is on year three of our mission to sponsor college scholarships for Deaf in developing nations. Our annual 5k is meant to both increase awareness of The Deaf Dream and raise funds to support our Deaf Dreamers.
2. The Course
Being spread across the world, we can't do a centralized event. The good news is: YOU can set up your own 5k wherever you want - wherever it's most convenient for you! Through the city park, around your house 10x, up in the mountains - up to you!
If you don't want to do it alone, invite friends or family to join you!
3. The Contribution
The Deaf Dream is, and always has been, a completely volunteer-based organization. As such, 100% of the proceeds raised will be used to sponsor college scholarships for Deaf around the world. No overhead fees or hidden charges. 100%.
